The Role – Electrician (Maintenance)
Vector Lifting currently has an opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable Maintenance Electrician.
This position is:
- Full Time Permanent Position
- Free onsite parking and close to public transport
- Based in our Cockburn workshop
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Carry out routine servicing, inspections and breakdowns on Lifting Equipment ie, Locomotive Lifters, Overhead Cranes, Jibs & all styles of lifting devices
- Electrical fit out of our custom manufactured products
- Fit out of new control panels and switchboards
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems
- Factory commissioning of new equipment
Requirements for this position:
- WA Electrical license
- Motor Drivers license
- LVR/CPR – Within 12 months
- Working at Heights certificate
- EWP certificate
- Confined Space certificate
- 5+ years’ experience
- Must pass Drug and Alcohol testing
- Friendly and respectable personality and presentation
- Willingness to commit to being a long-term member of the team
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
The following would be highly advantageous:
- Previous experience with overhead cranes and/or lifting equipment
- Dogging & Rigging experience favourable
The Role – Mechanical Fitter
Vector Lifting currently has an opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable Mechanical Fitter.
This position is:
- Full Time Permanent Position

- Based in our Cockburn workshop
